Commercial & Industrial Flooring Systems
Floors chosen around what actually happens in the building — forklift traffic, thermal cycling, chemical exposure, and daily washdown — rather than around appearance alone.
Urethane Cement
Urethane cement is a heavy-duty flooring system used where epoxy alone isn't the right answer. It handles thermal shock, aggressive cleaning, moisture, and chemical exposure far better than a standard coating, which is why it's the default in food and beverage and cold storage environments.
It's installed at a real thickness rather than as a thin film, and it can be finished with texture where slip resistance matters.
- Food and beverage production
- Commercial kitchens
- Breweries and wineries
- Cold storage and freezers
- Wet processing areas
- Chemical exposure areas

High Performance Coatings & Overlays
High-performance coatings are built for abrasion, impact, and chemical resistance in production and warehouse settings. The system is selected around traffic type and exposure rather than around color.
High-performance overlays add material to the floor rather than just coating it. That makes them the option when a slab is worn, spalled, or out of profile and the surface needs to be rebuilt rather than sealed over.
Where a slab is badly deteriorated, this work overlaps with concrete restoration and repair.

Warehouse & Facility Flooring
Warehouses & Distribution
Large open slabs under constant forklift and pallet jack traffic, where joint condition and surface durability drive cost.
Manufacturing
Production floors dealing with impact, dropped tooling, oils, and continuous foot traffic.
Food & Beverage
Sanitary environments with washdown, thermal cycling, and cleaning chemicals in daily use.
Automotive & Service Bays
Floors exposed to tires, fluids, and equipment, cleaned frequently and expected to look presentable.
Cold Storage
Freezer and cooler spaces where temperature swings punish ordinary coatings.
Commercial Back-of-House
Kitchens, storage, prep, and utility areas that need cleanable, durable surfaces.
Rubber Flooring Systems
We also install granulated rubber and sheet rubber flooring where impact absorption, noise reduction, and underfoot comfort are the priority — gym and fitness areas, weight rooms, and equipment spaces.
How We Match a System to Your Facility
There is no single best industrial floor. The right system depends on traffic type and weight, chemical and thermal exposure, how the floor gets cleaned and how often, moisture in the slab, slip resistance requirements, downtime tolerance, and the condition of the existing concrete.
We'd rather ask those questions before quoting than sell you a system that doesn't survive your building. Tell us what happens on your floor and we'll tell you what belongs on it.
